What a thrill - the World moved!!

We trembled in our trays this morning - Jean told Kate they were going to move the World!
"Vanilla Cupcake" dribbled down her petticoat, and we could hear "Buttercream" wailing in despair (she was always a softie!). "Midnight Cove" has ears like Conche Shells and she set our minds at rest when she heard the clatter of "Canary Island Banana" moving from one combi to another - it was some relief but we did feel a bit stupid!!
So - by lunchtime Jean was boasting how they'd "moved the world" with hardly a tremor ..... without realising how flustered we poor tarts had been. At least sweet "Rose of Morocco" is now further from those horrid room sprays - they're forever hissing at us when customer sneak a quick spray. It never seemd to bother "Tahitian Tiare", I think she was so used to sea spray that it felt a bit like home. She's very popular you know - never sits on a shelf or in a tray for long - we think she has magical powers. Whatever it is, she's one tart that many take home with them, even the gentlemen, who always have a chuckle at being allowed a fragrant tart for a day - it's a bit like the Four Candles joke for us........... but they enjoy it anyway!!!
Now tomorrow could be a very strange day, Jean mentioned that a coffin was due and we're all a bit shaky wondering what that could mean for us. There's Spring to prepare for and we really don't want a coffin on the shop floor - maybe John will move it............. oh dear, poor "Creme Brulee" is in quite a mess over it........ I'll have to help her......... Byeeeee for now
